How to make a reservation?

Call us at 407-415-7199 to make a reservation. You can also do instant booking at www.vrbo.com/55322. All bookings start and end on Saturdays - all bookings are made in 7 night increments to comply with HOA rules.

What is the maximum occupancy?

The maximum occupancy for our rental is 8 guests.

Is there onsite parking available?

Yes, we have free onsite parking available for our guests - up to 3 guest parking passes. One of only a few beach complexes with secure gated parking for owners and guests only.

What amenities are included?

Our rental includes a fully equipped kitchen, linens and bath and beach towels, Wi-Fi, and cable TV, access to all community amenities including tennis courts, shuffle board courts, oceanfront pool, 12th floor recreation room and more.

What are the sleeping arrangements?

Oceanfront master bedroom has one ARHAUS brand King Bed. Middle bedroom has one Full-size and one Twin size bed. Entry bedroom has two full-sized Pottery Barn beds. Property also has one inflatable air mattress and one pack n’ play crib.

Are family’s with children welcome?

YES. For over 20 years we have been catering to families with children. We include access to pack n play crib, high chair, baby monitors, sound machines, toys, games, puzzles, books and wide range of beach items including boogie boards, skim boards, inflatables, beach chairs, beach umbrella, and more.

Where is New Smyrna Beach, Florida located?

Located an easy one hour drive from Orlando and the world’s most popular theme parks including Disney Land, Epcot, Sea World, Universal Studios and 30 minutes from Daytona’s iconic Speedway, nearby historic St Augustine and rocket launches at Cape Canaveral. New Smyrna Beach is the top rated locals choice for beaches as it offers a family-friendly environment along with not allowing cars on the south end of the 14 mile pristine beach (where our condo is located).
